Hi, there!
How’ve you been in between eclipses, Mercury retrograding, work, rest, and all the things? Thank you for the messages on my last post about Rest/Exhaustion; you really let me know how much we are bonding in our exhaustion!!! For this mid-month post, I’ve gathered a few things, and there's a meditation recording to explore our relationship with guilt (another topic we’ve bonded, a lot!). As always, thanks for being here and for reading.

It doesn’t happen all at once.
You become.
It takes a long time.

One breathing practice
I’m glad some of you enjoyed the last breathing practice. Here’s another one, I like to do this one before going to sleep.
Inhale for a count of 4
Hold the breath for a count of 4
Exhale through the nose as slowly and longer as you can possibly can (this count will vary to each person). As you slowly exhale, you might hear a hissing sound - this is your body releasing tension. Make sure you also relax your jaw and face when exhaling completely
Repeat for 5 to 10 times
One mood
One question
What are you in the midst of? Maybe pick a word.
With love,
Mariana
MEDITATION RECORDING
This is practice will explore our relationship with guilt
Find yourself in a quiet place
Sit as you feel most comfortable, you can either use a couch, bed, chair or the ground. Find a posture that helps you stay awake but relaxed
Eyes can be fully closed or you can have your gaze pointed on a point near you on the ground
Take your time to transition back into your tasks
This recording is from a monthly gathering I offer so sometimes there’s a bit of a glitch
